Merry Christmas to all!
As you all know, Mom is spending this Christmas with Rita, Arjune and Marcel in WARM Orlando.
Chitra, Josh and I spent a wonderful Christmas Day in New Jersey with Neil and Nicky and their families.
The food of course was amazing! ... We had lunch at Jen's which was this AMAZING chicken curry and Turkey with all the trimmings. Nick made Crab legs for Chitra who was in 7th. heaven. AND, he went all the way to Brooklyn to get Junior's Cheesecake, and Carrot Cake and Pumpkin Pie.
The babies of course are so much fun. Sean ("Cheeks") is now moving about and keeps his parents busy. Emma is Neil's child and is constantly hungry, keeping poor Indie busy.
We had dinner at Indie's .. she made this really, really good Pepperpot (for MOI - 'cause I am special!!) and roasted chicken w/ mashed potatoes (Neil made it) and string beans (which I DID NOT eat - the beans that is) and Shrimp Fried Rice for Chitra ... this was made in the Pansy style which means it was really Fried Shrimp w/ Rice as there seemed to be more shrimp than rice. Chitra did not mind at all!
Josh enjoyed playing with Brian and Indie's nephews'. We headed home early (7P) as we had to feed Rusty and I had to be in NYC the next morning.
I forgot to take my camera, so I any going to have to rely on Nick and Neil to post any pics that were taken that day.
